Focal services are intended for business clients who have large volumes and/or sophisticated communication needs. As such, Focal services are facilitated via hi-cap T1 service [voice, data, Internet, IVAD] only. Voice services are provided on SuperGroup trunk T1 service and ISDN PRI T1 facilities. Voice services are available as Direct Outward Dial (DOD), Direct Inward Dial (DID) and Direct 2 way Inward Outward Dial (DIOD). ISDN PRI T1 service can be configured in the same fashion.

Alternatives to traditional voice services are available via Integrated Voice And Data [IVAD] service. IVAD is available as a DSL configuration and as a dedicated T1 service with dynamic bandwidth allocation for Internet access. DSL service has certain limitations based on your location AND your distance from the serving Central Office.

You can pre-qualify for our DSL service by checking our availability tool. Please keep in mind that the pre-qualifying process does not guarantee DSL availability. It merely identifies availability of Focal DSL service in your serving Central Office. The determining factor will be the actual distance of your location from the Central Office. The Focal technical staff will be able to check specifics after you pass the initial pre-qualification.
